MONTAGUE MILLER & COMPANY REALTOR SASHA FARMER RECEIVES NATIONAL HONOR- CRS DESIGNATION
Charlottesville, Va– The CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation is the highest designation that can be achieved in the field of residential real estate. It is awarded based upon sales volume and field experience, combined with advanced education, knowledge, and expertise of the real estate profession. Montague, Miller & Company agent Sasha Farmer of the Downtown Charlottesville office has just received this designation. Awarded by the National Association of Realtors, fewer than 4% of real estate agents ever achieve this honor.
Experience, education, and ethics are what set recipients of the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation apart from other real estate agents. According to the CRS website, www.crs.com, “To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements.” CRS designees are also required to maintain their memberships in the National Association of REALTORS, which requires adherence to a strict code of ethics.

“I can safely say Sasha is one of the hardest-working people I have ever met! She has a full-time real estate career in which she constantly strives to perform, and yet she finds the time to volunteer nearly countless hours for various charitable organizations around the area. It’s just another example of her selfless nature, which comes through in every interaction with her clients.
I have personally spoken with clients of Sasha’s and have heard first-hand about the “extra mile” she often goes to make sure her clients are happy with every part of the transaction. Sasha also spends a great deal of her time focusing on education. She continually educates herself about the latest real estate trends and programs in order to better serve her clients.
She also volunteers on one of CAAR’s major committees dedicated to Technology, where she puts her freshly acquired knowledge to use for the good of the Association as a whole. Those of us at the Association know that if we need a helping hand, it’s very likely Sasha will be right there in the mix offering her time and knowledge.
On a personal note, Sasha is a kind-hearted individual who may be one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is a joy to work with and always brightens my day when she stops by the office. It would be nearly impossible for me NOT to recommend Sasha to anyone who asks!”

“Sasha is the consummate professional. She is extremely organized and highly efficient. As a result of her exceptional dedication and initiative she accomplishes more in a day than many people do in a week. She is engaging and upbeat with one of the strongest work ethics I’ve ever seen. Sasha is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.”

“Sasha is truly a go-getter: she takes initiative, comes up with great ideas, and is always willing to put in the time and effort to see her ideas come to fruition. She is detail-oriented, motivated and collaborative — she works passionately to get things done but always respects and incorporates the ideas of others. We have worked together for over a year now on the Chamber of Commerce Business Women’s Round Table, a group that I chair, and it has been a genuine pleasure to get to know her, as well as to work with her. She has already contributed so much to our group and I know she will continue to do so, since the brings energy and passion wherever she goes!”

“I recently transferred to the Charlottesville area and didn’t know where to begin the house-hunting process. I contacted a friend who had already transferred out here a few months earlier, and he recommended Sasha.
I contacted Sasha and she asked us a few questions regarding our home search criteria. We immediately began receiving email notifications regarding homes that matched our wants and needs. From that point forward, any time a home was listed for sale that matched our criteria we received notification.
